Default Antenna Mount M38A1Cdn2

I am looking for some good close up photos of the top of the Cdn2 antenna mount. I have the standard antenna mount, which rises above the spare tire, mounted on my M38A1Cdn2 jeep, that I have seen in many original photos. I am missing the top plate to the mount, that the antenna base is bolted on to. Does anyone have some good photos, so that I can reproduce a decent copy of the missing plate? Thanks
Richard

I think the top is open, so the Antenna Mounting Unit *AMU* for the RT524 radio set sits inside the perimeter.

Default Antenna Mount

Here are a few pictures that may give you an idea. I had to open up the hole in the plate to place my antenna.
Good Luck,\

Hsss! CARC paint. Do not ingest, breathe or lick. It will rot you willy off and give your grandchildren three heads.

Dave
I wish I knew you had those plates; I would have bought from you on the weekend when we met at the gun show. Maybe we can arrange something if you come to the Calgary gun show.

No guarantee that is CARC paint. The Cdn NSN is an older one that predates CARC, so without actually knowing the actual build date of the plate, there is no guarantee that the paint is not the regular IRR paint.

Should not be a problem Rob and maybe we could do some kind of trade for some.

SuperDave,
Thank you very much for the photos of the base assy that I need. Since I was the original person that asked about this mount base, do you have a spare one that you can sell me? I really need to fill in the empty hole on my jeep antenna mast. Thank You
