M38A1CDN2 Antenna Mast assy

Hi,
I have 1967 M38A1CDN2, CFR67-07832 with the tire rack antenna mast still attached. I am trying to find out the correct antenna base assembly that is mounted on the mast. Does anyone have pictures and part numbers for the correct parts.. better yet, where can l get the parts needed. I want to correctly complete the antenna mast assy. Thanks. Richard
