WWII film
Hello, last evening i was able to dub a video with WWII film to DVD, next project for me will be to some of the film on the net, the only thing that worked yet was to take a shot out of the film, here is the shot of a carrier taken on april 16 1945, the day our home was liberated, this film was made about 1 KM from our home, by peoplle who were evacuaded from Arnhem after september 1944.

Hi Hendrik;
The carrier in your photo belongs to the 49th Reconnaissance Regiment of the British 49th (West Riding) Infantry Division. On the attached copy of your photo, the Arm of Service Serial of '41' appears on the left and the formation sign (Polar Bear) of the 49th (West Riding) Infantry Division appears on the right. Cheers
