Default Interesting court case

This is an interesting case in Federal Court that has to do with awarding of medals, and an act from 1943. A really good read if you are into that stuff.

Default Court Decisions

Just another example of society, through the legal system, of recognising the sacrifices and bravery of the men and women who fought for everyone's liberty.

The most shameful one though in recent times is the refusal of the Japanese Courts to compensate the "good time girls" who were subjected to the whims of the Japanese soldiers during WW2.
