Keith Funny you should post that photo i was talking to an old guy i met during a blitz search and he has just been offered a 6X6 Blitz so my question is this were there only Chev 6X6`s or were there Fords as well ? And where can i find more info on them ?

By the way the old Guy has 6 Ford Cab 13 Cabs and a Pile of Other parts and a F15A with a Crane on the rear it has the ARN 54123 he also has a Cutdown Stuart tank and a whole lot of steam engines/Tractors . I am hoping to get permisson to take photos next time i visit .

Cheers Plushy

Default servex winch

Max,

Any chance you still have this winch. I am fixing one similar to put in my Marmon Herrington gun tractor. The one I have was modified for some task and the drive dog was welded up. I have freed it up but I am not sure if there is something missing as in a detent spring and ball to hold the drive dog in place.

[QUOTE=Max Hedges;80952]does anyone know what this winch belonges too[QUOTE]

Is there anyone near Geelong or Melbourne who has one of these Servex winches that is intact? I have one that I am rebuilding but part of it seems missing and the brake band structure has been modified. I need access to a complete one to take a pattern to repair mine and check what ever else is missing.
