Default View Port dimensions needed

I’m in the process of fabricating the armour for my Mk2*. I have all the dimensions needed except for the three view ports. I’m looking for the proper pattern of the hole and location on the armour in all three locations.

I’m also looking for used view port shutters and all the hardware associated or even patterns or drawings so I can make my own. All my armour has been cut off half a century ago so I have nothing to reference from and there’s no Carrier anywhere near me that I can pattern from so any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Seb, I suggest you travel to a carrier somewhere and take patterns yourself. For everything to work well and fit well, you need a pattern that accurately details the ports and all the associated bolt holes. (unless someone can share proven cad drawings)

The closest Carrier to me that I know of would be a 9hr drive one way and it’s in a museum which would require other hassles. Add fuel and hotels to the cost plus the 2 days off of work makes it unfeasible. I already have the drawings and measurements for all the plates with rivet hole locations.
All I need is the port measurements. I’m sure I can replicate them within a MM or two with the help of someone.

the bsst would be if someone could copy/draw a template on paper and then just mail it to you. That way you don't have to measure everything , just transfer directly to your metal. I would do it myself but mine are not original.
