That's an ex-Swiss T16 in "peeling paint" condition. Looks like it's been used as a toy.

Vehicle Description

1942 Ford Universal Carrier

My friend has had this for the past 8 months, he is a military enthusiast and has decided to sell this and focus more on the rest of his Vintage WWII collection...
It has a flathead V-8 with the distributor in the lower front of the engine, believed to be the original.
~It doesn't smoke , makes short runs like 20 minutes at a time till the battery drains out, previous owner removed the generator and put an alternator on it.
~It also has an electric fuel pump, the mechanical one is there but not hooked up, steers ok cold but better after is has been run for awhile.
~The foot brake isn't hooked up
~The hull appears to be very solid with no patches welded on it
~Tracks, sprockets, and idlers all look good!!
~The fuel tank is mounted in the back, not the one under the floor like I have read about.
~The engine access covers are also not the originals.
