Default 4 tons canadian jack

Hi all,
Was this jack usual for Ford or GM trucks and what kind of
crank I need for this jack.

There are pics of the CMP jacks in this thread. The handle was a square drive that was part of the two-piece manual crank handle, at least on Fords anyway.
