Post Arthur Gallant ?

Hi Again,

Not having much luck in finding* Hayhill Camp,* but will keep trying, perhaps some of you senior members who were in the army in WW2 may have known a Arthur Gallant? , he was full of mischief and sure he was my Father and I loved him very much, but I would love to talk to someone who knew my Dad all those years ago

I think he was the cheekiest Canadian Soldier who won my Mums heart and why oh why dont we record voices of our loved ones when we had the chance?, oh sure I have my Dad on tape,
and he is saying Lassie, Lassie : and that is it
He could tell the greatest jokes, well they seemed so because it really was the way he told them
Give anything to hear one of those jokes again ..

So if anyone recognises my Dad as a...BLAST FROM THE PAST?
GREAT, Looking forward to hearing from you
