Default Road Wheels??

Came across these, appear to be tank road wheels? Thinking maybe Centurion, as they are of English origin. Any suggestions Brainstrust?

Not tank wheels, just solid tyres wheels as used at the time. That Rapier was made just down the road from me!

Thanks Adrian,
I was so positive that they were off a tank, just shows that even I can make a mistake!
Interesting crane, two of them sitting rusting in the shed. From their location I would say they were used on the railways.
Rich.
