Pic of Lorry 3 ton Breakdown No. 2 ( Aust. )

Looks like a 1940 Ford to me on the Aust pattern 18" wheels .

I know what the No.'s 3 and 4 looked like - but what about the No.1?

Looks like a 1940 Chev 3 ton with a hand operated jib .

Default 45 chevy 3 ton

my grandpa was able to buy a 1945 chevy 3 ton truck that military issue. it had a wooden steering wheel, and a finned coil for the motor. it had all it chrome painted over. very neat truck, some day i'll restore it. thanks, very nice pictures mike
