Default Canvas cover. Unknown

I was given this recently and am looking for the proper use of it before deciding what to do. Got it last month and it’s deep in my trailer but I took pictures when I got it. Not measurements sadly

Just a guess...
Does the "roof" area of the tarp approximately match the floor (lower level only) of your trailer? If so, could it be a tarp for either the gas welding or servicing variants of the 15cwt trailer?
I've never seen such a trailer or tarp so have no idea how good this guess might be.

Default Canvas

I'll dig it out and throw it over the trailer and see.

Default Jones Tent & Awning, Pioneer Brand Display, 1947 PNE

Looks like they were a well established company, Harry.

According to http://openmov.museumofvancouver.ca/...story/h2002231 Jones Tent And Awning started in 1887, ceased operations 1990.
Based on the image at https://www.heritagesitefinder.ca/lo...-vancouver-bc/ this was a large business if they occupied the whole building shown...

Default Jones tent and awning

The factory was right across the street from 15th field armoury on west 11th. Aside from tents and other canvas goods they manufactured the canvas uniforms of the Pacific Coast Militia Rangers.
