Default Wonderful viral marketing

Have a look at this commercial (it's worth it but you'll need broadband) then imagine doing something similar for a CMP. D'you think we could gather a good group of singers together to do it?

Well, we've got about 300 Ozians on this forum... the cost of the beer might be excessive, but well worthwhile!

LMAO @ Graeme!

Marvellous! An English member on this forum can do the Ford crash box. (He does a good impression of stick welding too.)

You're not talking about a whining Pom, surely?

Seriously, you'd need several chorists to make up the sound of a crash gearbox alone, not to mention the sound of low ratio in the transfer case... then there's the grong-grong sound the whole kit and kaboodle makes at speed...

To make the sound of a V8 idling you'd need some to do the "Hmmmmmmmmmm" then another few to do a sort of lumpy "vlah vlah vlah"

Perhaps we can get the necesary numbers of singers together at Corowa!

Keith,

Don't leave it too late in the day to get them together, cause after a few VB's each, it may sound like the timings out and a misfire

Are you there yet ? If so what about a few pics of the vehicles there.

Richard

I'm about to do the drive, but I won't have access to the net.

When I spoke to Jan last night she said there were already 40 or more vehicles which is a lot for that time in the week.

Unfortunately due to a range of problems we're not going to see some of the South Australian armoured cars there such as the Rover, Australian Dingo or LP4. The Daimler Dingo should be there today.

Keith,

Thanks for the update. Give her my regards, she is doing a fine job of getting the guys to bring their vehicles to Corowa. It is growing every year.
