I hadn't seen this post before last night - it got me thinking about the Blitzes I've drawn in cartoons over the years and so I had a bit of a trawl this morning. I've only found a couple - if anything had to do with bushfires, the Blitz would get a run. The first cartoon was about the plan for text-messaging when there is a bushfire alert, the second was about the summer before last - every day was either a story about bushfires or bloody great white sharks lurking off Sydney's beaches - after a couple of weeks of fires and sharks everybody was well and truly over it!!!

Though these aren't Blitzes - I found a couple of others.
The first was about a bikie gang that had access to all sorts of weaponry at Holsworthy Army Base. The second is about Australian soldiers finally leaving Baghdad - at the same time petrol prices had gone through the roof here in Australia. Bring us jerry can home while you're there...

Well, not a cartoon realy...
So Errol (#2) was playing a computer game called "War Thunder"
Having released all of his ammunition, he landed to rearm his Spitfire. Some Very friendly vehicles greeted him at the air strip.

Vehicles
Hahaha, clearly one is carrying the .303 and 20mm ammunition and the other must be for fuel.
