Default Australia Carrier stowage latches

I've searched, I have!!

Some years ago, someone was making repros of the Australian Carrier latches for the stowage boxes. While that was their most common use for the latch, they did appear on other items of Australian equipment.

I am in need of some of these latches if someone could recall who was making them.

I don't know who was making them Tony, but Centurion side bin catches are very similar, and you may be able to adapt them. They are more substantial in terms of the base, but that could be cut back. I got some many years ago from Tim Vibert, to adapt for the catches on the Dingo.

A last resort, but worth considering.

Mike

Pretty sure Colin Jones machined some up.
Not sure if he sold them separately or whether he made them just for carrier bins he also made.

Ahh, sounds just like the sort of complex shaped piece Colin would tackle. I'll have to wait until he returns from the Crocodile Wrestling Championships (with a trophy?) to see if he'd be prepared to run a batch.

Thanks for the replies.
