Default Truck, 15-cwt, 4x2, A.A.

This thread is to gather information about the Truck, 15-cwt, 4x2, A.A.

From: http://bcoy1cpb.pacdat.net/20_mm_aa_guns.htm

Page from British Data Book (reprint) showing the CMP portee with gun mount, but no gun.

See Unique 1943 Canadian Ford F15(AA) for pictures of the only restored example in the world.

See C15 4x2 for pictures of an unrestored and still very original C15, albeit without the Polsten gun.

Default CMP 15cwt LAA

The shape of the cutouts around the wheels suggests CMP 15 cwt

Hi,
You maybe interested to know, that the AA body is now in my possession.
One or two slight changes compared to my body, so probably a different contractor made this one, bearing in mind there were several companies manufacturing these specialist bodies. The wheel arches have been shorten sometime in it's life. Still an amazing find after all these years
Regards
Keith

Default A true MLU spirit!

Man buys one part at auction, then realizes what he's got, so he decides to build an entire truck around it. Good on you!

AA truck in postwar use in The Netherlands.

I'd say this is a Fordson WOT2

Are you sure it's not a Morris C8 GS with cut down body?
