Default Daimler Ferret lift rings

Hello fellow vehicle restorers,

Though not a major item, I am trying to track down a pair of lift rings for my Daimler Ferret. I have perused the online suppliers without luck, I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone has a spare pair they would be willing to sell, or perhaps knows of a suitable replacement and supplier.

The lift rings are identified in the illustrated parts manual as;
LV9AEC/FV9814 Eye, lifting item 31 on sheet J1.

I have included a picture of what I am looking for so there is, hopefully, no confusion.

Thanks for any assistance and information.

Robin

Robin,
Have you tried asking on the US Ferret facebook group page? There's a lot of Ferret owners in the US now and most I'd expect would be part of that facebook group. Failing that the UK or Au equivalent facebook group would be another good avenue to try.

Default Ferret lifting rings

Hello Robin,

Did you find a set ?

I have four spare slightly bent ones - only problem is that the way they are stored means I have no idea actually where they are in the shed and it will be a long time before I could find them.

If you're patient then I may be able to help. If you need them soon then perhaps others can help.

Regards

Phill
