Default 1949 Pattern Battledress

Trade:

I have a BD tunic, Chest 38", Sleeve 30"

Trousers, 33" waist 30" inseam.

Trade for :

Tunic: Chest 44" Sleeve 30"

Trousers, 46" waist 30" inseam.

See how some measurements remain constant over some 40+ years, yet how other measurements change?

Beer intake of course has nothing to do with the differing measurements.

Can anyone help?

Required for period presentation with my '44 Chev.

With all due respect to your rank and station in life...go **** yerself!

BTW, regardless of what Keefy says...there's no such thing as a perfectly serviceable aircraft.

Ah, the good ol' days, wearing younger men's clothes, "hitting the silk" at about 2500', full kit, and having a great ride down from either the C206 or the Beech 18. (Lots of bruises from Brens, Stens, PIATS etc bashing oneself upon landing.)

Set up for PLF, land, daisy chain chute, back to barn (bloody long hike if someone miscalculated the WDI toss), drink beer , get signed up for next flight manifest, drink beer, repeat as necessary.

Sigh.
