Would be a labour of love for a toolmaker to build a proper set of stamping dies then have the press with the tonnage to stamp them!

The clam shells can be done with truck steel wheels cut in half and trimmed with a plasma cutter . It’s hard to tell the difference and it’s cheap . Try it .

Default CMP tool boxs

George McKenzie I believe posted drawings in MLU and also Bob Hammond, I do have drawings and will see if I can locate for both box and tire clamps, there are different tool box's depending on cargo box model

believe these where George McKenzies rough drawings, Bob I believe used a cut down or 1/2 of a the small propane tank to fabricate the clam tire clamps

Indeed George McKenzie made drawings to reproduce them - see CMP tool box and spare tire holder plans.
