Default technical question

Whilst surfing the net for interesting Engineer pics I came across the most amazing picture of an A9 Mk.1 Cruiser tank astride what appears to be a WW I Mk.IV tank crossing a section of Bailey bridge during some sort of demonstration. I'd love to share this most interesting pic with everyone. The picture saved as a MS Word file of 2 megs. Usually when I want to upload a pic to MLU I can easily resize the picture by first emailing the picture. When I do this a "resize picture" icon pops up which allows me to shrink the size of the file. When I tried to email this picture, no resize icon popped up so the file is too big to upload to MLU. It's truly an amazing picture and I'm sure it would be appreciated by all. How do I change a picture saved in a Word document to a jpeg file or other format suitable fot uploading? Derek.

don't know for sure about this but here it goes:

right click on the picture in word
select copy
open paint
go to "edit" (not sure if it's called edit because i'm working with a dutch version) 2nd option from the left
select paste
now you should see the picture in paint and you should be able to save/resize your picture from here.

Thanks Wim. That worked perfectly and I now have the pic saved on my hard drive. I'll upload it to the Armour forum so everyone can enjoy it. Thanks for the help...I'm a lot like Chris Vickery, great at nuts and bolts, not so good at mouse and buttons!
