Default Spare Valve Case ZA28479

I picked up a Case, Spare Value ZA28479...anyone have any idea what it is for...yes I know spare valves..but for what..and what should be in it as it has a couple of odd metal bits that match..and look radio related.

Case Spare Valves No. 2 Mk1/1 for Wireless set 38 Mk3.

No mention of other bits in case but card stated "normally held, with contents, at unit HQ, and not carried with the equipment in the field".
