Default Military Oil Filter element

I know this question has been ‘floated’ and tossed around on here a few times.

I have tried to track down a filter make and number for the Chev Military filter located in the chassis rail of the truck.

The two most floated on this site, make and number, are the
AC C-11
Fram C100

One of these filters come back as a fuel filter and the other a hydraulic filter.

Just wondering if anyone has a make/number that they are using, with success and ease of purchase, in their bypass filter?

Hi Ausmick,
I have a RYCO R2374P in my C15A, it comes with an O ring seal so you have to save your calk gasket or cut a new one yourself.

I buy my Chev oil filters from Ross Prince in QLD. Modern elements, not NOS.
