Default Cam net ploes

Any one know where to find cam net poles and spreaders? The fiberglass ones are what I'm looking for.

Princess auto has the whole kits. They are usually $49, but occasionally you can get them on a weekend sale for 10 or 20. The kit comes with (IIRC) 16 poles, 4 spreaders, a stowage bag, and a bunch os stakes. It's a good deal at either price.

Ploes is due to me being a plumber/pipefitter. Which over time creates a syndrome known as sausage fingers. Hee hee. I also look at the keyboard as opposed to the monitor, and rarely read what I put on the screen. Aslo known as Lazyness. So if it seems like I swear, I probably have.

Went to Princess today in Ottawa. The clerk looked at me like I was high when I asked for the poles. Any other ideas?

Look for them online or else in the catalog under the surplus section. Then order them in. If you remind me, I'll check the part numbers on one of mine while I am home for Christmas. I don't remember if princess markets them as cam poles or as tent poles.

Default Were you high Dan????

They had a whoel bunch of them in the surplus section......

......unless some stupiod collector bought them all out....

I suspect you could ask the staff at Princess and they would not know what they are.......

If I get a chance I will drop by and check....how many do you need..?

16 poles with the spreaders. I was up and down the surplus section. The airborne boots, and water cans and ammo cans were all I found that looked Military. Yes, if you happen to see them, get them, and I'll take a run out your way to pick them up. Afterall, Hammond isn't that far from me.
Thanks
Dan

Dan,

I saw a bunch at princess auto over the weekend in Halifax. They were packaged in the original large rectangular carboard boxes. All the green stuff is inside the box! Hope that helps...

Default Barn hours....

Hi Dan

Will be in the barn from about 10 am to 3:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday.

When you arrive at the house.....follow the driveway to the back where the barn is...... may not be anyone in the house.....except the attack cats...
