I can find listings for v4803 (Bedford 15cwt 4x2); v4804 (Bedford 3 ton 4x2); v4809 (Austin car, 4x2) and V4811 (Bedford 15cwt 4x2) but not the one you are after.

If you coud post some photos of the vehicle, that should be enough to ID it.

The nearest I can find is V/4848 for WOT2 trucks.
