Hi Mike;

X-4 List - reinforcements and reinforcements in transit were carried on this list.

X-4 List ( BD ) & X4 List R.U - he is a reinforcement in transit between the Base Depot and the Reinforcement Unit

R Ech & ICASC R.U. - Rear Echelon No. 1 Canadian Army Service Corps Reinforcement Unit

When I get home I'll post the details concerning 15 Fd Amb, RCAMC

Cheers

Mike;

The simple answer is: - No. 15 Field Ambulance, R.C.A.M.C. served in the 4th Canadian Armoured Division and would have been under the direction of the divisional Assistant Director of Medical Services (ADMS) and would have normally been in support of the 10th Canadian Infantry Brigade and all other units that were attached too/or came under the command of the brigade during operations.

Cheers
