wanted: front bench seat for a 1941 model ford marmon herrington gun tractor restoration. any condition as long as all the springs and wire work are intact.

I asked around in Darwin at the weekend and came up with nothing Marmon. I did see some hood bows But not sure what they suit. Can you post a pic of the bows you need.

hi Euan.
not sure which parts in particular dad spoke to you about? im assuming it would be the brackets that bolt to the timber work on the side of the tray that hold the bows. i have some detailed pics that i took of the one in the war memorial in canberra and will pop them up soon. i will most likely just fabricate new ones if i cant get hold of any soon, trying to get it finished for corowa 2011. not enough hours in the day. i hear your coming along on the ampitheatre bush trip. should be a great weekend. cheers jake |
