I just ran out and measured one of mine: 13-1/2" long from bottom of cylinder to top of handle. And it fits perfectly in the extinguisher brackets that come with the carriers.
The pyrene extinguishers are available DND ARMY marked, in about 4 different variations. My favourite is the ones with the DND ARMY embossed in big letters accross the top cap. I'll try and post pics later of some of the variations of the DND extinguishers.
