Default M3A1 Stuart Firing 37MM Blanks On The Move

Hello,
Over the weekend while at the "Pumpkin Chunkin" event at Heiser Farms near Dayton, Oregon I fired several blanks while on the move. Here is a link to a video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8iVShhNqSE
Enjoy,
Steve

Default M3A1 Stuart Tank Crossing the Willamette River

Hello,
I had my tank at Heiser Farms Pumpkin Shoot this weekend about 30 miles South of Portland. On the way home Sunday we unloaded my tank off the trailer and backed onto the Wheatland Ferry and crossed the Willamette River...Just because I could! The ferry Capt. said this was his first WWII tank he had ever taken across the river! Ferry ride 2 ways $4, gas to drive the tank on and off the ferry $15... The look on the motorists faces using the ferry was priceless!
Enjoy,
Steve

Default Stuart on the river

Hi Steve

I really enjoyed that film clip, looked like a lot of fun. But I am glad I don't have to pay for the fuel, I can go a long way in my Jeep for $15.00.

Cheers

Tony

Default M3A1 Stuart

Tony,
I probably over stated the price of gas it consumed. It was probably only $5!!!
Thanks,
Steve

Steve

I would have paid heaps more plus your $5.00 fuel bill for a ride so it is still cheap in my books. Great video of the blank firing as well.

Cheers

Tony
