Hi Guys, been having a bit of a break out of the barn over Xmas, but did make annother gantry, its on wheels and works like a treat, its 10Ft high and 10 Ft wide, just park the engine trolley to the side of the carrier lift the engine with the chain bloke and move it across on the monkey all to easy now

just annother angle

The gantry can be pulled apart and moved to any location this is the system that I used

Default Back to the scrap metal

Lets get back to the scrap metal department, with luck the first three pics should show the tool setup on an early Vic rail carrier,
Now with luck the next three should show a South aus rail carrier. and the last if everything goes to plan a shot of a Met gas carrier

Default High speed tractor,

Hi Richard, No mate its a carrier with a home made sun shade fitted, its quite common here to find them with some sort of sun shade,it gets stinking hot out there it wold be in the high 40s Celcius at this time of the year, if you are not to careful its very easy to perish,

Nice one Ron. What's it's hull number and can we see some more pics please. Looks like it's living in no-rust country.

Nice carriers. Over here if the tools are on the side , its an LP2 (splined diff pinion) and with the tool board on the rear, an LP2A (pinion has taper and key )
How about some pics of your Chital.
