Default HEADS UP ALL MLU ... Please Read.

Hello All,

Geoff, (our Master of MLU as I'm sure you all know) was going to do a little post in here about this but I guess he didn't have time today and won't be online again for a couple of days, and since I know that some of you are wondering why my name is suddenly BOLD ITALICS, it's because Geoff has had to give me some administrative powers so I can manage the forum if I need to, while he and Hanno are both away. I need admin powers to do some things, like to monitor and approve new members and such.

Hanno returns in a few days from holidays (no computer access while he's away on vacation) and should be back by the end of the weekend.

Geoff is away for another couple of weeks or so and he only has occassional and very brief access at a small town library until home again, so if you've tried contacting him and he hasn't got back to you yet, or doesn't soon, he will as soon as he can.

Meanwhile, if there's a problem or anything in here that needs immediate attention, PM or email me through my Vets Dottir profile, and I'll do what I can to help or fix a problem.

SHOULD the forum go down while I'm in charge, I'm sure (and I HOPE) someone will send me an email to alert me to this so I can try sending in a ticket to Geoff's server to get MLU back up again. Although, I'm pretty homebound these days and check if the forum frequently to make sure it's up and okay anyways

By the way, I feel quite honoured in being able to help out in MLU ... as it's (and all of you) have given so much to me and it feels really good to be able to give a little back somehow.

That's all folks

Karmen.

Just try to keep grasping that chain of destiny one link at a time.

You're doing a great job there, Karmen.

Hello, BOLD ITALICS, and welcome to the Forum. We do prefer real names, however, and I hope you will bear that in mind when approving new accounts.

Uh-oh. It's gone to her wee bitty head already. I feared this.

Perhaps she made the mistake of looking too far ahead.

Default coffee

Karmen, if your having too much trouble with some of these males just remember that most men are ruled by their stomachs so just offer them some tim tams to quieten them down, or if that fails maybe you could call on extra bachup.

KATHY

I better not upset keefy too much though as he is looking after something very special for us

Hey, great  with the Tim Tams ... perhaps some will want to wash them down with beer so if I offer that as well, that oughta do it, do you think?

Wanna be the backup on your side of the pond where those AussieMen are within your range and outta mine? Let me know if you need to borrow a frying pan or two just in case the Tim Tams and beer don't work ...

As to Keefy, you sound like you know what you're doing and how to keep him behaving

Ooops ... I better run now .....

Karmen.

For a moment I thought Dave was talking about Australians, but it is plain now that he was talking about Women.

Default Update ...

Hello Everyone,

Well, our Master Sunray should be back home in a couple of days (Thursday Sept 7th I believe). I'm sure he'll be very busy catching up on all the new posts and other online things for a while

It will be really good to have him back, and see him busy every day in here again, as I'm sure he's been very missed by MLU.

As soon as he's back, I'll revert to just being another member and any forum questions or problems should be directed to him or Hanno as per the usual state of things
