Default Ident info needed Plymouth staff car 1942

Looking for info on 1942 Plymouth tag PLYMOUTH DIVISION Chrysler Corporation, Winsor Ontario 4 door staff car, it has the original olive drab paint under the top paint and under the hood areas, see data plates, trying to confirm this is a War time staff car ? Found in northern BC Canada, Alaska highway area.
serial number 9834704, Model P14 C4 DR SED , Body No 2075, paint code 1657, trim code 117
