Default Canadian Warplane Heritage

When I was in Canada last month Brian Gough took me to see this wonderful museum at Hamilton, Ont.

They have a nice C15A and here it is...

More pics here

Coming soon will be some images of the aircraft.

Default Another one for thje database!

Hi Keith! Thanks for the data information off that truck...I have added it to my database. Here's a similar known truck..# 2844425880 ENGINE # WR3,851,419 L.V. 311 SEPTEMBER 24 1942

These appear to be right at the end of 1942 Model Year C15A production and after CDLV 316 orders, as well as British S/M 2564 [which was for the VAN-6 variant]. Note that although 1943 Model Year Chevrolet CMPs should in theory have started by September 1942 the earliest known so far 1943 Models were assembled as late as June 1943, and continued into 1944.
