Wireless Set No. 19 TH
Anyone ever run across one of these sets, or have photos of one?
It was apparently developed for use by the Dutch Army, being upgraded to operate up to the 12Mhz range. I am assuming it was either a very late, or immediate post war development, perhaps for use in the Netherland East Indies. David |

Ws19th
The WS19TH was indeed a Dutch trial in the early fifties to upgrade the WS19, by the "Thermion" company. The Dutch army however choosed to buy the GRC3030 made by "van der Heem".
Louis Meulstee mentions it in his "wireless for the warrior" I have one in my collection, but I miss further documentation and/or schematic diagrams. Jan Terranea PA3FYZ. |

That is a very nice looking set, Jan. Congratulations on being able to find and preserve one. I suspect not too many were ever built.
Best regards, David |
