Default New Tigre's coming

I see on the Historical Military Vehicle Forum, that the Germans are going build new Tiger 11 tanks, and in actual the first has been ordered.

Could be interesting.

Regards

Col

Default new Tiger

There is also someone in New Zealand, John Nicholson,I think, who is attemting to build a full scale Tiger I turret ,and later ,possibly, the rest! He is doing a very nice, accurate job of it,not just a hashed up approximation. The site reference is: http://www.panzerbasics.com/index_fi...hn/john-01.htm .It is all in wood, but will be very heavy anyway.I`m sure it will wind up in a military museum eventually.

Thanks Bob,
Just checked out your link. The progress on the turret is amazing. It includes not only wood but fibreglass, brass, aluminium and steel. Thanks for the heads up.
