Ford blitz Ozebay
Blitz season is obviously open. This on Ebay, but no pics which is probably why it sounds so good
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/1942-Ex-Army-...QQcmdZViewItem Situated at Miles, adv. reads: "V8 Engine, Sounds beautifull Long Wheel Base Army center mounted winch Spare wheel carier Extended capacity radiator 12V alternator Sound running order 1200 X 20 Tyres Pick up only or a local courier could arrange delivery at buyers expence. Heaps of other blitz bits and engines, please give me a ring for anything else blitz related. I Might be able to help you" There is a phone number shown, and of even more interest are the special Ford Blitz drivers boots (possibly genuine NOS) shown as sellers other items. Rich.

no definately ford drivers boots
skinnier across the width so your feet can actually fit in between the engine cowl and steering column . and as an added bonus a "lovely" frill around the top The colour also accounts for taste

Nice Rack!
Pics are now on link (were not there for me yesterday). No drivers door, or bumper, or tray, or paint of course. To my untutoured eye it looks like a Bob-Tailed mid wheel base.
Quite a few more Blitzss in the paddock around it. Surely one of our roving fraternity would have run in to this cache sometime in the past? Was hoping to see what sort of drivers uniform goes with the driving boots, must have not got around to putting it up yet. Rich.
