Default Welcome Aboard MLU

Hi

Welcome aboard, just took a quick tour of your website, which has a lot interesting information. Look forward to hearing more about your activities, and hope that the collective MLU membership can be a technical resource to your efforts.

Is there a particular person that will be interacting with MLU?

Cheers Phil

Dear Kolten and the Ont R crowd welcome along.

For the rest of you MLU types who have not met Kolten,I have.

A very bright and engaging young gent that I bumped into the other weekend when I was down to Oshawa, briefly.

Glad to meet you Kolten and your buddy whose name I have forgotten already, you see i'm getting older so I am allowed to forget names.

Kolten is engaged in Ferret work, a worthy venture. Did you lads get that smoke grenade discharger sorted out? Who and how did it get busted or is that a secret?

Regards

Robin Craig

Thank-you for the welcome Phil and Robin.

Phil, I, Kolten Hooper will be the one interacting with MLU.

Robin, I was very glad to meet you as well . We had found that discharger and were imagining up ways that it could have taken such abuse. We have enough spares that that one will definitely be a last resort. Although it is not our secret how it got busted, I'm sure that it was someone's secret along the line!
Regards.

I was looking at the Regimental History and saw that Lt. Col J.A. McGillivray was the Officer Commanding the Ontario Regiment between 1902 and 1906. Do you have any more information about this gentleman? He’s not a relative of mine, but I am curious to learn more about him.

As some of the other MLU members have said...Welcome Aboard! Have been out to Aquino Tank Day the last two years with my MK 2/3 Ferret...great museum, great collection of vehicles and a great event. Look forward to seeing/reading more posts about museum activities and work being done on the vehicles.
Cheers, Terry.
