Can anyone tell me where O.P. on the service instruction
book of an ARMOURED O.P. MARK III is standing for ?

Going from memory ( I have pictures somewhere) the OP variant had a viewing opening where the gun normally mounts that was bigger than the normal gun port and the carrier had equipment to lay phonelines and also had a number of radios installed.
