Default Bar Jack ( cross tube )

Friends, Could someone give me the dimensions of the Bar Jack Cross tube P/ N CTL 7477 please ? Is it a ring or some kind of solder around it to prevent it being pushed in too far ? Thanks . Robert

Two styles, three of you include the T16... one has a single diameter, the other is stepped. The single diameter version is economical to reproduce, mind to keep the ring weld on one side only.

On the single diameter, a stop ring is welded in position. An example is sitting in the tool bin of the MK-II* carrier in the entrance hall of the Overloon Museum, Netherlands.

Amazing response guys . I have another question : In what circumstances would you need to jack one whole side of the Carrier using this bar jack ? Changing a wheel , a whole bogie assembly , track ?

A milling machine you say? Little wonder it took 4 hours. Most guys would use a lathe.

looks great....but 4 hrs... im one of the slowest tool operators out there and that is a 20-30min job for me.

But at the end of the day it works and looks the part.

It is made of one solid piece of steel and no welded ring but a milled ring and a flat on the bottom . I insisted on a flat surface so it would not slip off the jack . I like it .
