I got one from Brian Asbury (BCA here on MLU). It was less than Mid West's.

They also show up on ebay or on G503 all the time. The WW2 1/4 ton lunette, the M100 lunette, the M416, and the M101Cdn2 lunette will all interchange, although the brackets and legs may vary in lengths and angles. There may be some casting differences, but for the money, buy whatever you can find. In the end, the resale price of a M100 will not differ greatly if you have the wrong part number on the ring.

I actually have a complete spare towing bracket with lunette and leg out in the shed which I got from a M101Cdn2. I used to install a cheap jack and a ball type coupler for those that wanted it instead of the lunette on the couple dozen trailers I bought. I only have one setup left....no idea where the others went.
