Default Identify aerial base & support

Bought this recently . No 8 aerial base , wartime and support . Please identify . My thoughts are Jeep, armoured car or tank ( Sherman , Valentine , Churchill ) . Your thoughts .My foot is 12 inches for reference . Total lenght 22 inches.

There could be others but the two I found were 15CWT 4X2 FFW and a post war 1/4T FFW 4X4. Info from WftW Vol. 2.

Yes, I think that's a post-WW2 Land Rover "candlestick" mount. The mounting has the 6 holes for Base No.8, 10, 28 & 31 but also the 4 holes for Base No.9, but it also has the retention bolt at the lower end (and the 'fork' at the top), unlike the early post-WW2 version which was a simple 'plate and tube' that clamped onto the hoops for the canvas.

I note that the Base No.8 has been fitted with the clamp from a No.10 Mk.2 or later base for better retention of the aerial rods.

I think early 1950s, before they got rid of the WS19 'B' set, and fitted to Land Rover or Austin Champ.
