Default Lucas Distributor

Had a find at a swap meet over the weekend, a Lucas Distributor;
DKYH4A 4C2510
A169 851
It is complete and in not bad condition but I have no idea what British vehicle engine it belongs to.
Any ideas guy's.

Hi Paul,
Is it an anti-clockwise rotation? I think you may have misread the number, it could be 40251 and if so (and Lynn has also said this I see) for a Morris 8hp engine of 1949-52. I see it was made in 1951.

Richard it could well be 402510 as the number/letter isn't stamped to well. If that is the case what kind of vehicle would it fit, the guy selling it reckons it would be in a Morris 850?
Very similar to the distributor in the C8 but a one piece top as opposed to the two piece of DKH4A in the C8 and the clockwise direction of course.

I will have to search further but reckon by the date it would be for the Morris Minor MM and possibly the Model Y 8hp van and industrial versions of the engine.
