Default Good References on Ortona

Hi all,

I thought this would be a good place to ask about good books/articles on Ortona. I would like to improve my understanding of this battle, but I have very few decent references.

Thanks in advance.

Default Some thoughts

Although the readers of the old forum panned it in parts, there is a book-length study by Mark Zuehlke, which may be out of print in Canada. The official history by Nicolson is also very very useful, but that will be a bear to find.

Default Dancocks

A better book than Zuelke's is "D Day Dodgers" by Dan Dancocks. It covers the whole campaign, but has good info as well.
