There doesn't seem to be enough of those push bars to go around. You could get a spring making shop to make the spring leaves and the bar is just a piece of pipe with a couple of collars welded on. Ford has a casting for a spacer that goes behind the bumper that the springs bolt to but a substitute could be made out of flat stock since you can't see it anyway.
Out of all the Fords I've got there's only three push bars so no spares. Chev push bars would be easier to make since the uprights are just flat iron.

Having said that, and due to the fact that the DEA takes a dim view of any plant of the Cannabis family, I use Manila rope for my CMP. My rope is approximately 50 feet long and has a nominal diameter of 15/16". It's commonly available here in Texas at any Home Despot (sic) or Lowe's.

To be accurate, they are not push bars, but Radiator Protector bars. It is possible to deflect the top bar with a hearty push with both hands, so I wouldn't be using it to propel any bogged trucks.

I agree Tony, but
my brother and I have found that they work well to push start trucks.
As long as you push gently, they do little damage to the tailboard save scratched paint. Rob |

That's right Mike,
Chevys start with a little push, but Fords need to be towed a greater distance!
