Default Huntsville Legion Bren Carrier....rolling...

To all, the Huntsville Legion Mk II Bren Carrier rolled out of Commercial Pallet today under its own power. We took it for a spin down the side road and chewed up some dirt in the yard. Now that it is operational, we shall begin to add the "detailing". It shall make it first appearance at the Huntsville Royal Canadian Legion Canada Day festivities on July 1st.

Quick question: Is there an fuel tank level sender available that will work with the MkII fuel gauge? At this time, it doesn't need to be authentic.

Default Flame thower Carrier

Great project. I guess the hole in the left side means she was fitted up as a flame thower.

Default Legion Carrier July 1st

Thanks guys for your words of encouragement. We will be working hard on the Huntsville Legion carrier over the next few weeks. We won't get the decals on it but we might get some hull paint after we get some of the torch lines filled in and the missing gunner front armour replaced. It was donated the Huntsville Legion by Robert Boothby who was a soldier in the Black Watch out of Montreal. Does anyone have carrier pictures of the Black Watch?
