Geez ... smoke haze

Just keeps gettimng heavier and heavier today ... even catching whiffs of the smell. Wish I could use my camera to take some pics but can't use it at the moment. Weird to not be able to see the silouettes of the mountains close to us ... haze gettiing that heavy. Even the evergreens by Safeway, 3 blocks away, quite hazy right now. Just blowing through here I guess unless new fires started closer to home.

Those Slocan and areas fires being handled and lotsa dangers and evacs recinded a while back though some alerts still in effect, but this smoke I think is blowing over frm Kimberley and farther to an area where both USA and Canada sides working together on some fire thats jumped the border.

By the way it's around 30c or a bit higher right now, so warm out.

While this heat and all happening its so really REALLY weird to read about frost warnings in Manitoba right now ... Brandon and areas of SW Manitoba. Very weird.
