1st one is a Chev C15 2wd 15cwt. Clues to ID are the rectangular vent door on side of cowl indicating GM/H build, the single straight grab handle near roof hatch, and the non-driven hub on front axle makes it a 2wd.

2nd is also a GM/H built Chev, but limited clues as to size, etc. Is that a crane on the back? Probably a long wheelbase then, a C60L, or possibly a mid wheelbase C60S/C30.

3rd is a late Ford (43/44/45), again presence of crane suggests F60S/F30 or F60L.

4th one. Not a lot to be seen here on this truck, except the original mirror!

5th one is also a Chev. Straight grab bar on roof, and Condenser Can on LHS guard is a Chev-only feature. Fords had them under the LHS headlight. This truck appears ready to start, just swing on the crank handle!

6th one, also a Chev, straight grab bar.

Default First one

Not only a C15 but a Wireless Signals (Aust) which has been cut down.

Would have looked like this one in the Bandiana museum:

Gjamo,
This old girl is Keiths old F60l that he drove to YOTB. It looks like Matt is working it hard.

Heres the detail shots of the Long wheel base Chev . They are from a phone camera so are a bit low resolution .

Default Hurry Up And save

Hi all
The owner of this Chevrolet Blitz C60L near Ballarat contacted me today and said that if this vehicle is not sold within the next week or so it will go to the scrappie in Ballarat. I have his contact details so PM me ASAP for details. Let's not lose this one. I have no other connection with the owner apart from trying to save this vehicle.

Hi all
Well that was a good result. One telephone call and my dear collector friend came to the rescue and another one is saved from the scrappies.

Bob
Was this another 'over the border' incursion from South Australia?

See if you don't keep the Ford ones caged, the beast in them runs away.

Chev's just rust.

Default This C60L - former identity

Thanks to Bob posting a pic of the dash we can confirm it was a WO96, or Truck, 3-ton Garage Aust as noted in the Chevrolet WO Database thread.
