Default Bovington Tankfest 08

I had the opportunity of volunteering 4 days at the Bovington museum this summer for Tankfest. The emphesis this year was on British armour (built and/or emplyed) along with an assortment of axis and Russian equipment. Although I have never been to the War and Peace show, if you are interested in armour, this has to be the best place to go to see an astounding array of heavy metal, all moving. I have attached a number of photos of vehicles that would have been used by our forces as well. Sexton II, M4A2, M9 International

Tger I and myself on the right (next to Matilda)with Alec,John and Colin Pearson whom I work with on Matilda II, Crusader and Khalid. There is plenty of video of Tankfest 08 on You Tube for those who are interested.
