Default Welcome

Stuart,

I see that you live in the Ottawa area. Are you interested in joining some fellow enthusiasts at Grace Omalley's on Olgilvie on Tuesday night? It will give you a chance to put some faces to some of the names you see on this forum - OK, strike that, that's no incentive. However; have you seen some of the lovlies slinging hash and ale at Gracies???

You are most welcome to join us for a beer and fill us in on your Iltis project. A few of us have some experience with the wee beasties.

Cheers,

on a recently acquired radio doghouse there is a metal rail mounted diagonally on the outside. While it seems this is not common, it has been seen on a handful of iltis era doghouses.

Mounted with bolts at either end, This appears to be a section of an Ilits rear deck rail and has iltis type floorboard sliding "nuts" for lack of the correct word in the rail

Does anyone know its purpose?
