Thumbs up Pants afire, liar.

Nope. Who could?
If you are moving to winterpeg, does that mean you are going to join the local MV collectors club?

There is a Winipeg group and you don't have to own an MV. In fact there may be collectors who need volunteers to drive the trucks occasionally. THere is a museum here that is in that situation. And I thought it might be a good way to meet new people ... after all look at which forum you ended up in. Who knows what you'll find out there? When do you go? How long will you be off line?

The part of what you said that HOOKED ME is about volunteers needed to drive these machines!!! WOW ... I assume they're stick shifts though? I'd have to learn ... can only drive automatics

Winterpeg .... 05:20 Pacific time tomorrow!!! by BUS no less ... ouch. 34 hour trip/ride. Don't say a word... I'm also a smoker. HELP!

Offline... have been offline for the last month perhaps.. doing cybers and library for now ... will let folks know when I have a place and am online at home again.

I have to go now but will YAP soon ...

Stick shifts. Yes. BUT there are lots of stick shifts in each truck! You could have all kinds of fun figuring them all out.... high low bull-low neuteral and neuteral, in, out... gawd Carmen don't do it. I think you'ld disapear into a cab never to be seen again. And then you'ld be suckered in by the smell of oil on steel and tarred canvas work.
Best stay away from the whole thing. Sorry I mentioned it.

Have a safe trip.

Hi JD .... Hmmmm.... sounds like too many things for a space cadet to remember ... guess I'llhave to settle for being a passenger.

Well ... April 1st ... as of today, I am officially connected back online again. Look out verybody ... I've got UN-limited access EEEEEK!

Have been In "Winterpeg" since Friday suppertime ... am still in MANY kind of shock/changes.Nice to see immediate family who I haven'tseen since 1989 ... we're all OLDER GRAYER more wrinkled YIKES! Scarey ... we compare aches and pains.

Seriously? It's good to reunite with family.

I've missed you all!

hugs from the Yapster
