Default Hello?

I'm hoping that I'll get to meet some of you MLU-ers there ... as it appears that I'll be going. After 2 years plus ... it would be great to put faces and voices to the names and MLU conversations in here.

More like incoming wounded or wounding??? SO ... being awfully close to Acton means I get to practice my cast-iron-fling-thing?

Geoff informs me that you're indeed close to Acton ... I hope I'll get the pleasure of meeting you Chris ... and look forward to meeting and greeting any other MLU-ers then. Master Skagman survived ... although I don't know how well he survived the first meeting with the Little Miss Ma but, since I left the frying pan behind, he still breathes, and survives to tell....although you have been awfully quiet about this milestone event Master Skagman .... what say you?

(pssst... Jon ... sorry I didn't finish shovelling the driveway for you. I had to throw some snowballs at the Master Sunray smoking on the deck ... but next time, haul out the snowblower and I'll do the whole driveway and the yard too!!!

Master Sunray is currently yelling at me "KARMEN .... ARE YOU WRITING A BOOK???? WHAT are you writing? WOMAN.... STFU!"

Now I ask you-all ... is that any way to talk to a lady??? I think NOT!

MA STFU and ends!

Well Master Head-In-The-Clouds-Dutch-Boy-Hanno-Oh-You- -You ... DEPENDS on the disappointment, eh? Are you trying to warn ME about the MLU-ers or trying to instigate a MA ROAST?

Default Tdevil in the details?

Speaking of the devilish details. Are the start/finish times decided upon? Two logical guesstimates: 9-5 pm? 12-6 pm?

Good stuff then Chris ... if I'm there I'll get Sunray to introduce me to you and any other MLU-ers in attendance. Again ... I DO look forward to this too.

Default Times ?

Tboss, if you'll take a minute and go back to my posting that started this thread, you'll see that the times are 8:30-1:00ish.

So much for logical deduction, I'd say.

Will YOU be there?

Now why did I NOT comment on this before? Actually life with the Sunray makes for much fun and giggles, and education. I learn something(s) new every day ... stories and history. Now he's starting to select books which he tucks into me wee bittie hands ... I fear me wee beedy eyes will fall out of their wee sockets soon

As to surviving a day with any MLU'er because I do great with the Master Hisself ... well ... time, as they say, shall tell. Depends on the MLU'er and if they are equipped with their own frying pan!

(be quiet HBM-O old fart )

PS and FYI to All: Master Sunray has me lifting weights to build my frying pan swing-fling powers ... says I'll be "good to go" to "CARRY ON" don't you know"

HAN-OH-OH my Dutch-Tall-Boy friend, after "observation" of some of today posts in Sargeants Mess by certain old farts having a hayday (disobedient old farts in their undisciplined second childhood phase) I have gone shopping this morning to take along some extra frying pans as I'm sure the one I have will not be enough to help them behave with proper social ettitquette out in public. So ... you with your head-in-the-clouds, I shall heed your earlier warning and attend this little gathering well-armed and hypervigilant to any misbehaviors and attempts at heckles and harrassment towards me wee self and the wee Jiferoo too ... (I must stand up for him too : as much as I must stand up TO him )

See the acquisitions of my shopping spree this morning:

Jeez, that trio looks awfully familiar.

Good for cooking 'roo, emu and jigaboo. (Far distant cousin to Jiffaroo).

Nice T shirt, worn by whomever...:

Sorta looks like a pre-caucus meeting of the Liberal party just before debate on the same-sex marriage situation, here in Canada.

BTW, who paid for the taxi?

Certainly wasn't me. The driver wouldn't let me in the taxi
